Return Policy

We love Hose Reels and we want you to love them too. If your products from MYREELS.COM arrive damaged, or are not what you ordered, you can return it within 30 days after delivery. We charge NO RESTOCKING FEES, but shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that are shipped free, our shipping and handling costs each way are deducted from your refund.

All return items must have original tags and packaging. If you received the wrong product, it must not have been been installed, used, or modified. If your items arrive damaged or defective we can help right away.
  • For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
  • Returned items must be in new condition with all original tags, paperwork and packaging.
  • Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
  • If your order arrived damaged or defective, please submit a RGA Request Form below for a quick replacement.
  • If you were shipped the wrong product, please submit a RGA Request form below for a quick replacement.

    A few items cannot be returned:

  • Replacement parts (please be sure you are certain of your model numbers before order - or check with us first!)
  • Gift Certificates.
  • Custom orders.
  • Clearance or "open box" sale items.

    Return Procedures

    Complete the RGA Request form below within 30 days of receiving the product to get a RGA number. You will be provided with instructions as to how to ship back your merchandise. All returns must be in a fully resellable condition - unused and including all packaging and package inserts. You must ship the item within 2 business days after receiving the RGA number. Please DO NOT mail back the product without a confirmation from and receiving your RGA number confirmation.
