Tough &Go Hose reel |

Loved the look of the the product. The reel in part did not work with our hose and we had to buy a thicker, stronger one. It wound straight, without kinks, but needed some manual guidance. But the biggest problem is that the hose which connects the unit to the faucet, split in two places. I did leave the water on overnight, but I still feel it should have held up for more than two actual watering episodes. I am hoping that you can replace this leader hose for us since we only used the unit twice. Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter. Mary Trotta

We were looking for something to minimize hose clutter in a small space. This attractive little reel swallows over 100' of hose and maintains an attractive space.

Worth Every Penny |

Great product - easy to hook up and works wonderfully! And may I add that I appreciate NOT receiving a request to rate the product 5 minutes after it's arrival when I couldn't possibly know if the darn thing works or not. Getting this 2-3 weeks after purchase is GREAT timing!
