I had to replace my old SUN RSB100D hose reel with a new one. It stopped reeling in the hose after I had it for only for a little over a year. I love the auto-reel concept, but the service has a lot to be desired.

I was reluctant to spend this much money on a hose cart, however, it is worth every penny! I had my maintenance guy install it - it's a little tricky to set up - and it works like a dream. I'm still in awe that it works so well each and every time. And no more cranking 100 feet of hose up every day! Highly recommend!

hose guide at bottom of reel does not move to allow hose to wind evenly across the reel
