I've bought similar product from other companies. They must all be made by the same manufacturer. They all have the same problem. Sometimes they retract properly but sometimes they don't. The problem appears to be that the device that moves from side to side to distribute the hose even in the rewinding process doesn't always work properly. So the hose gets jammed up. Then it becomes difficult & time consuming to try to get the hose wound back in properly.
