Connecting and mounting of hose to reel is less than satisfactory. I will make modification using additional plumbing to avoid wrapping hose over reel wheel. Someone should have thougt of this already! I purchased one of your earlier models that mount to the house and that one had a very nice hose to reel connection. Reel supports seem less sturdy than my previous model.

The experience with the people at myreels.com was awesome. There isn't much more to say about that.
This reel however was for me a let down. I was looking for something with a sturdy, easy to use construction. This reel, being steel and versatile looked to be it. The arms that hold the reels moving parts are thinner than I had hoped, leading the reel to almost get bound up while in operation. This, and the threaded parts on the opposite side of the handle loosen themselves when this bind occurs. It will work... for now, but I advise going with another reel unless you like this ones versatility and look.
